Weight
The weight of double buggie will determine the ease of pushing. Typically, a light buggy will be easier to lift and carry but it might not have enough suspension to deal with bumps and uneven terrain.
Make sure to read the specifications of each model before you purchase. Some double buggies come with an upper limit on the weight of the seats while others have a frame limit. Certain double buggies can be folded with the seats removed, making them lighter and more compact. This is useful if you are limited on storage space.

Manoeuvrability
When picking a compact double stroller, it is important to consider its maneuverability. This includes how easy it is for both children to ride in the buggy. Certain pushchairs, like the iCandy Orange with its 'cinema seating' (where the back seat is elevated) are better at this than others.
